Dr. Govind Karunakaran — Orthopaedic Surgeon in Kollam

Dr. Govind Karunakaran is a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in advanced shoulder and knee interventions — Arthroscopy (keyhole surgery), Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement and Trauma Surgery — backed by a distinguished academic record and extensive international training.

He earned his MBBS from Government Medical College, Trivandrum, before pursuing postgraduate specialisation at JIPMER, Puducherry — an Institute of National Importance — where he was awarded the Gold Medal for his postgraduate examinations.
